FORMING  DETAILS


1. Adjust foundation lines until dimensions A & B are equal.

2. Check conc. out to out dimensions to drawing.		 ALTERNATIVE METHOD

1. Locate transit over intersection of string lines,  (conc. O/O )
2. Sight along one line, swing transit 90o to establish adjacent  building line.

3. Check diagonally as above.



1. Anchor bolt sizes, pier, tie rod and footing sizes are indicated on foundation drawings.

2. All items supplied by others unless specified in contract.

3. Grease foundation bolt threads and nuts before setting..
